New Year's Eve is right around the corner, and I collaborated with some brilliant vendors to create a fun, New Year's Eve Celebration idea!

As I have gotten older, I have found that this is exactly my type of New Year's Eve celebration - an intimate gathering of friends, an incredible meal, and a fun outdoor movie night!

My inspiration began from finding the perfect invitations at Tiny Prints ! I am such a huge fan of Foil Stamped cards, and I just fell in love with that rose gold color.

If you live in the Leavenworth area, and have not heard of Ravenous Catering, then you my friend, are missing out! Dave and Val are the sweetest people you ever did meet. Their food is phenomenal, their staff is exceptional, and you just cannot go wrong hiring them for your wedding, company party, staff lunch, corporate event, or private party.

For this shoot, we gave Dave and Val free reign on the menu. They came up with the most delicious, farm to table, in season menu I have ever had the chance to devour!

Our guests started out with an amazing Walla Walla Onion & Parmesan Dip with Toasted Pita Chips, and Lemon & Rosemary Roasted Petite Potatoes with a Red Pepper Romseco Dipping Sauce.

Next we enjoyed  Locally Foraged Chanterelle Mushroom Bruschetta with Chèvre Cheese & Fresh Rosemary, followed by the BEST Crab Cake I have ever had - Arugula Bedded Dungeness Crab Cake with Heirloom Tomato Concasse & Creole Remoulade Sauce - and if I didn't think it could get any better, our tastebuds were titillated with Smoked Bacon Wrapped Prawns in a Satsuma Ginger Glaze with Black Sesame Seeds - and we were just getting started!

Before our main course, we had a Baby Kale Salad with Local Ambrosia Apples, Toasted Almonds, Pomegranates & Dried Cherries, tossed in a Vanilla Bean Vinaigrette.

Ahh, the main course! We definitely relished the Honey Glazed Beef Tenderloin Brochettes with Wild Mushroom Risotto, and Baby Squash. It was Divine! And their incredible Foccacia Bread is always something I can never get enough of!

To end this exquisite meal, we savored a Dark Chocolate Gateau with Fresh Raspberries and Frangelico Cream. It was an incredible feast enjoyed by all, and perfect for such an occasion - an intimate New Year's Eve Celebration among friends.

After our dinner had settled, our guests cozied up and settled in for a night of classic movies.

And of course, an outdoor movie night is not complete without a snack bar!

When the clock strikes twelve, toss the confetti and make a wish!

Cheers to 2016!!

A huge shoutout to all of the incredible vendors & models involved - Thank You for trusting me and all of my ideas - I couldn't have pulled any of this off without you!!

And to Nicole Conner Photography - who I've had the pleasure and privilege to work with a lot this year - Nicole, your work is always phenomenal and you have the best eye! You capture every single detail in the best way possible!  Looking forward to 2016!
